A look back at August creations for Kith and Kin

Hi there.....

Here today to share some creations I have made for Kith and Kin Stamp company.

Since it's still summer here in the Pacific Northwest of the US, I have created summer cards....although with school right around the corner next week, soon the season will change here too.

The first card I made using Rory with Kitty was so fun to make a camping theme.

For my second card, I chose to use Sandcastles Robbie and Rose.  I watercolored the image to give it a soft beachy feel.....I loved how it turned out.

Hope you enjoyed these creations, head on over to Kith and Kin Stamp Co and join in on all the fun creations on facebook created by the design team members.

Have a great day.

A little......"Beachie"

Hi there.......

Here today to share a fun summery card showcasing the new Beachie digi stamp from the July 2014 release over at Whimsy Stamps.

Now that it's summer here in the Pacific Northwest (US).....this card was such a treat to make.

I colored the image with prismacolor pencils and blended it out using Gamsol and some blending tools.

I die cut the image out using an MFT circle stax die, that leaves this great stitched edge and then gave the image some definition by mounting it on some foam adhesive.

For the inside of the card I just matched the front by adding a few more fishtail flags and a sentiment.

Hope you enjoyed...thanks for stopping by.

Please head on over to Whimsy Stamps for this and so many more digi and regular stamps by some really amazing artists.

Have a great day.
